This page contains information and downloadable forms that you will need when applying for a place at this school. The SIF should be returned to the office with all applicable supporting documents. Please enclose:

• Certificate of Catholic Practice
• Baptismal Certificate
• Two proofs of address less than two months old.
• This should be a council tax letter, bank statement, major utility bill, (not mobile phone, credit or store card) or letter from the benefits agency.
