This page contains information and downloadable forms that you will need when applying for a place at this school. The SIF should be returned to the office with all applicable supporting documents. Please enclose:
- Certificate of Catholic Practice
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- Two proofs of address less than two months old.
- This should be a council tax letter, major utility bill, landline telephone bill or a letter from the HMRC or Department for Work and Pensions. We do not accept bank statements, mobile phone, credit or store card bills, NHS cards or
letters , payslips or personal letters.
