Year 6

Spring Term 2019

The creativity kicked off early this term, with us creating some wonderful Baptism artwork linking to our work on Adoremus. Adoremus is an initiative of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales to create a special opportunity to reflect on the centrality of the Eucharist in the life of the Church.

We also enjoyed taking on the role of the lead prosecutor in our English work, completing our focus of Good Night Mr Tom.

Autumn Term 2018

Year 6 have settled well into their new classrooms and the hard work has started! We have enjoyed a number of trips already including going to PGL and Uxbridge Battle of Britain Bunker.

In December 2018 linked to our topic work on World War II, we visited the Battle of Britain Bunker. We all had a very enjoyable day learning lots of new facts and learning about the huge positive impact the radar that was developed by Britain had upon the war effort.
