Critical Worker Registration Form In the event of a local or National lockdown we would like to know the number of children of critical workers we have at school, so we may plan for their possible provision in school. If you and/or your partner are critical workers, please fill out this form (https://forms.gle/zt5M9Le2uxA2DTZn9) for all of your children who attend the school. If both parents are critical workers please include both on the form.

In the event of key worker provision in school again during a lockdown you will be asked to bring in evidence of key worker status.
