World Book Day & Book Week 2023
World book day in Saint Joseph's is always a whole week event! The children have at least one special activity each day leading up to the dress up day of world book day. This year the children swapped teachers and the teachers read some of their favourite book to them, the children also visited another year group and shared their favourite books with each other. We were also very excited to have the poet Neil Zetter come to both the Infant and Junior Schools who spent time in each class and then signed some books with the children afterwards. It was a great week celebrating the joy and fun of reading.
